We encountered following geometric module (constituted by 16 hexagons) and a small tiling on internet (ref. Joseph Myers: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1324)  and drawing in vector format, we solved entire puzzle. This module can be tiled infinite way without using reverse face.
